Return Policies


To process your return as efficiently as possible, please note our return policy, in the event that you need to return an item.

To obtain a return authorization number, send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Returns made without prior authorization will not be processed.

All returns must be in their original packaging and shipped back to the return address on the original shipping label.

Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Materials must be returned within 30 days from date of shipment.

Cancellation Fee
A cancellation fee of 5% will be added to any order canceled after a credit card has been processed.

Defective Merchandise


Defective merchandise is a product which you receive that was not damaged during shipment, but has a flaw or some feature that does not work properly. In the event that you discover a defect, you must contact Direct Abrasives USA to disclose the problem.

Direct Abrasives USA will then determine if the problem can be corrected without the product being shipped back. If the defect cannot be corrected on site, a return goods authorization number will be issued to the customer and the item must be returned within 10 days. Merchandise will not be accepted by Direct Abrasives USA without a return goods authorization number.

Direct Abrasives USA will arrange prepaid freight or accept a product freight collect if a return authorization number has been issued.

At our option, Direct Abrasives USA will either service the product ro repair it, replace the product with a new product of the same model, or issue a credit to the customer for another purchase.
